Today marks the 33rd anniversary of my expulsion from my mother’s uterus. The big “double-triple”. To celebrate, I will be going on a self-guided tour of east bay breweries and brew pubs accessible along the 880. To finish the day off, I will be at Gordon Biersch’s 20th Anniversary 80s-themed party to celebrate with friends and family and whomever else feels like joining us.
This will actually be a pretty busy weekend for me as my wife has planned a trip to Safari West for me this year. While up in Santa Rosa, I will be visiting a couple of breweries, brew pubs, craft beer bars as well. So, don’t expect to hear back from me until sometime next week as I format all the photos, look over my tasting notes (the wife bought me a digital voice recorder so I don’t have to fiddle with pen and paper no more, or as much) and actually write a whole lot.
