Deschutes “Abyss” Night

6PM+A reserve series classic from Deschutes Brewing Company, the Abyss is an imperial stout with limited availability. Come try this deep, dark, and complex beer, available on draft, along with several other great Deschutes beers. Also available, in bottles, will be The Dissident, 2007 Abyss, & 2008 Abyss.

I can’t say that I am very familiar with everything Deschutes does. I’ve had only a few of their beers but I was able to taste a little bit of Abyss earlier this year at the New American Mavericks beer and food event hosted by Rob from Pfiff!. I found this to be a dark and complex beer with layers of flavor. I highly recommend you try it. We won’t be able to make it tonight but I’d love to hear how it all goes.
