		<description>Peter, I think you just answered your own question and gave the perfect example of why there is no support for craft beer in the South Bay - if a Michelin starred chef doesn&#039;t get it, we have a LONG way to go in ever creating an area with a thriving beer community.  I&#039;m guessing the chef was convinced by someone else that this was a &quot;trendy&quot; thing to do, but never had any clear sense of the passion that exists for those of us who revel in its creativity and diversity.  Perhaps unless we know that the chef is as passionate as the brewer, these dinners should be avoided at all costs.
