K&L Beer Tasting – All Things Hoppy

Author: The Rabid Brewer

K&L is a wine store in Redwood City that also has a wonderful selection of craft beer. They’ve recently remodeled and now have some big coolers exclusively for beer. You won’t find any of your grocery store beers here, everything they offer is a bit harder to come by.

Roughly once a month, K&L buyer Bryan Brick organizes and hosts a beer tasting event that features 8-10 beers. It’s a great way to try something new. Fill out a request next time your in K&L to be put on his mailing list.

This weekend it’s “All Things Hoppy.”

  1. Derrick says:

Looks like a great line-up. Wish I could make it, but I’m getting married tomorrow, and while my bride to be is a big hoppy beer fan, I’m afraid beer tasting won’t make it on today’s agenda.

  2. Joey says:

This sounds great! Very likely we’ll drop by.

  3. Peter says:

@Derrick – Well, congratulations! I’m even surprised that you have enough time to catch up on all your beer blog reading. I wish you and Linda well and hopefully there’ll be a bottle or two of the Bride’s Ale to enjoy.
@Joey – I’d like to hear how it goes. Doesn’t sound like we’ll be making it up there but Brian (The Rabid Brewer) might.
