I’ve had a soft spot in my craft beer heart for New Belgium Brewing Company. This is a fairly large craft brewery (relatively speaking) that allows their brewing staff to continually come up with new craft beers while still producing their flagships. The result of this extra curricular work is their Lips of Faith series, which feature boundary testing craft beers. 3 months in the making, Harry’s Hofbrau in San Jose will have a tap takeover that will feature several beers from this experimental line.
